1st day

Brno - Moravský Krumlov - Znojmo - Louka - Hnanice

In the morning departure from Brno for Moravský Krumlov. The visit of the chateau with the famous paintings of Alfons Mucha, called Slovanic epopee.

After the visit departure to Znojmo and visit of the historic downtown - the town hall tower, the St Nicolas Church, The St. Wenceslas Chapel, the castle, the St. Katharine Rotunda from the 11th century with frescos of the Premyslid dynasty.

Visit of the former Premonstratensian monastery in Louka, near to Znojmo, whose prior was Prokop Diviš - the lightning conductor inventor. The visit of the monastery and its wine cellars is finished by tasting wines of Znovín production.

Visit of a private wine cellar in Nový Šaldorf with wine degustation.

Accommodation and diner in the hotel in Hnanice.

2nd day

Šobes - Vranov - Přímětice - Nový Šaldorf - Šatov

In the morning on the way to Vranov a short stop on the wine yards of Šobes with a wonderful wine scenery and untouched vicinity of the National Park Podyjí. The wine originated with this wine yards has been given since immemorial times to the imperial court.

Visit of the Vranov Castle, situated on a high cliff over the river Dyje.

After the visit a short stop in Lesná where a motorbike museum is and the former mill is restored to the restaurant nowadays.

Next two stops will be in Přímětice near to Znojmo with the Groined cross Cellar - the biggest cellar of this kind in Czech Republic - and then in the Blue Cellars in Nový Šaldorf.

Visit of hand painted cellar in Šatov the work of one-handed painter - M. Appeltauer.

Diner in the wine cellar in Šatov with a degustation of regional wine.

Accommodation in Hnanice.

3rd day

Slup - Jaroslavice - Dolní Věstonice - Mikulov

In the morning visit of the ancient renaissance water mill in Slup and the oldest wine chancery in the Czech Republic in Jaroslavice.

After the stop in Dolní Věstonice, in the village known thanks to archaeological discoveries, arrival to Mikulov - visit of the downtown and a wine exposition with the giant barrel in the Regional Museum which forms a part of the castle. Visit of the Vinoteque of St. Urban.

Diner in a wine cellar, tasting of wines from the region of Mikulov.

Accommodation in Mikulov.

4th day

Area Lednice-Valtice - Brno

Visit of the Lednice-Valtice Area and of the chateau in Lednice, Neo-Gothic residence with nice and rich interiors, walk through the chateau’s park with beautiful romantic constructions.

In the afternoon visit of the National Wine Parlour in the castle of Valtice with a degustation of the best vintage wines.

Return to Brno.
